Ordering through metalsugar.com is safe and secure. Clicking Checkout will take you through a few quick steps before heading over to PayPal where you can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal balance. It’s safe, easy - and you don’t even need a PayPal account!

Shipping:

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, orders will ship out between 1-2 weeks from your order date. If you have a rush order, please email me and I will try and work within your time frame. If an item takes longer than 2 weeks to ship out, there will be a disclaimer in the product description or I will personally let you know.

Domestic

USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation $5

The most economic shipping option.  Your package should arrive 3-5 days after the package has shipped.  Each package has a tracking number, which is available upon request.

*New York Residents:

8.875% sales tax will be applied to your order total (no tax on shipping fee).

International

Canada & International WITH TRACKING:: Recommended! $20

These International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority. There IS tracking on these items so if they are lost in the mail I WILL take responsibility and send you new items.

Canada & International NO TRACKING $5

These International orders are shipped via USPS Standard First Class Global Mail. There is NO tracking on these items so if they are lost in the mail I WILL NOT take responsibility. Please email me if there is another mailing option you would like me to use.

Returns:

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, within two weeks of receiving item(s). All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me before returning items for specific Return Address information.

Sales are final on items specifically marked as non-returnable or final in their description. Any custom order will be non-refundable (for example: you ordered a ring in a size 6 and you received a size 6 and realized you needed a different size). For a small additional fee, I would be more than happy to resize the piece-just email me! I want you to be happy with your purchase at all times.

Repairs:

I stand behind my work 100%. If your purchase breaks within 2 weeks of receiving the item, I will fix it at no charge.  If after this time period your purchase needs repair, please contact me and we can discuss specifics. I'm always happy to fix up your piece so you can continue wearing it!  *Return Shipping costs for repairs are non-refundable. Thank you for taking the time to read this :-)
