Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Within each listing, you will find out how long each piece takes to ship out. Typically, if it says Made to Order, it will most likely take 2-3 weeks to ship out. If it is a completely customized piece, we will discuss all of those details once we get started. Custom pieces will vary depending on complexity, but safely estimate 4-6 weeks, at minimum. Please email us if you would like to find out exact ship date. We can sometimes accommodate rush orders on request.

What are my payment options?

1) Shopping Cart built into site, which allows you to use any credit card through Stripe.

2) PayPal-You don't even need a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card or check.

3) Check or Money Order-Please just email us to arrange this form of payment. We will need to wait until the check clears before beginning on your order, but we are happy to take this form of payment.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our #1 recommendation on caring for your new jewelry is to care for it. Seriously. Take it off when sleeping, showering, working out, or doing manual labor, and keep it stored in a jewelry box or pouch whenever possible. Some dish soap, a soft toothbrush (no toothpaste), and hot water is the best way to clean your jewelry and is safe for all stones. Polishing cloths can also be an excellent choice for cleaning your sterling silver and gold jewelry.  You might read recommendations to use toothpaste to clean sterling silver, but avoid doing that -- toothpaste is abrasive and can leave scratches. On some pieces, you may find you like the oxidized patina developed after continual wear, but a great tip to avoid oxidation on sterling silver is to wrap your jewelry in jeweler's tissue paper and store in a ziplock bag.  We are happy to offer more tips if you have any questions.
